PTFE sintered filter element, also known as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sintered filter element, is made of pure PTFE raw material sintered at high temperature and high pressure, and has various excellent filtration performance and wide application fields. The analysis of its filtering level can be carried out from the following aspects:


1、 Filtering accuracy


The filtration accuracy of PTFE sintered filter element is one of its core performance indicators. According to different production processes and customer needs, the filtration accuracy of PTFE sintered filter cartridges can reach different levels, usually including the following ranges:


High precision filtration: such as 0.1 microns, 0.3 microns, 0.45 microns, etc. These high-precision filters are particularly suitable for applications that require high-purity liquids, such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, semiconductors, and other industries.
