The advantages of sintered filter material are mainly reflected in the following aspects:

1、 High strength and pressure resistance

Multi layer sintered structure: The sintered filter element is made of multi-layer metal sintered mesh, which is specially laminated and pressed and vacuum sintered. This structure endows the filter element with extremely high mechanical strength and pressure resistance. Multilayer sintering not only increases the overall strength of the filter element, but also enables it to maintain stable filtration performance in high-pressure environments.

High pressure resistance: This makes sintered filter cartridges suitable for high-pressure and high flow filtration environments, such as high-pressure backwash oil filters, to meet the filtration needs under high-pressure and high flow conditions.

2、 High precision filtering

Uniform filtration structure: The mesh holes of each layer of the sintered filter element are interlaced with each other, forming a uniform and ideal filtration structure. This structure enables the filter element to evenly distribute the filtration pressure during the filtration process, improving the filtration efficiency.

High precision range: The filtration accuracy of sintered filter cartridges can reach 2-200 microns, effectively filtering out small particles and impurities in liquids or gases. This high-precision characteristic makes sintered filter cartridges perform well in applications that require high-precision filtration, such as precision filtration processes in industries such as electronics, semiconductors, and pharmaceuticals.

3、 Heat resistance

Wide temperature range: The sintered filter element has good heat resistance and can work continuously in a wide temperature range of -200 ℃ to 650 ℃. This heat resistance gives sintered filter cartridges unique advantages in filtration applications in high-temperature environments, such as high-temperature filtration in equipment such as heat exchangers and coolers in industries such as petrochemicals and power.

4、 Corrosion resistance

Chemical stability: The materials of sintered filter cartridges, such as stainless steel, bronze, nickel based alloys, or titanium, have excellent chemical stability and can resist corrosion from various acids, alkalis, and salts. This enables sintered filter cartridges to maintain stable filtration performance and extend their service life when dealing with corrosive media.

5、 Easy to clean and maintain

Reverse flow cleaning effect: The sintered filter element adopts an excellent surface filtration structure with reverse flow cleaning effect, making the cleaning process simple and convenient. This cleaning ability helps to extend the service life of the filter element and reduce maintenance costs.

Long lifespan: Due to the high strength and corrosion resistance of sintered filter elements, their service life is relatively long, reducing the frequency and cost of replacing filter elements.

The advantages of sintered filter material lie in its high strength and pressure resistance, high-precision filtration, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning and maintenance. These advantages make sintered filter cartridges play an increasingly important role in the filtration field and widely used in multiple industries such as petroleum and petrochemical, power, electronics, semiconductor, and pharmaceuticals.
