The principle of steam sterilized goggles mainly involves material selection, design characteristics, and sterilization process. The following is a detailed analysis of its principle:


1、 Material selection


Frame and strap: usually made of high-quality silicone or liquid food grade silicone. These materials have softness, no toxicity, durability, and comply with the principles of human body simulation, providing good sealing and comfort, suitable for people with different face shapes to wear. Silicone material can also maintain stability in high temperature and high pressure environments, and is not easily deformed.


Lens: Lenses are often made of polycarbonate (PC) or other high-temperature resistant synthetic plastic materials. These materials not only have excellent optical properties, but also maintain stable physical and chemical properties in high-temperature and high-pressure steam, and are not easily deformed or broken. 3、 Sterilization process


High temperature and high pressure steam sterilization: Steam sterilized goggles are sterilized using high temperature and high pressure steam. In a sealed steamer, steam cannot escape and the pressure keeps rising, causing the boiling point of water to continuously increase, thereby increasing the temperature inside the pot. Under specific temperature (such as 121 ° C) and pressure (such as 101.3 kPa) conditions, steam can quickly kill various bacteria and their highly heat-resistant spores.


Sterilization time: The sterilization time is usually 15-20 minutes, depending on the settings of the sterilization equipment and the material of the goggles. During the sterilization process, it is necessary to ensure that the steam is evenly distributed on the surface of the goggles to achieve a thorough sterilization effect.


Post sterilization treatment: After sterilization is completed, the goggles need to be removed from the steamer and allowed to cool naturally. During the cooling process, avoid contact between goggles and hard objects to prevent deformation or damage. After cooling, the goggles can be reused.
