As a new type of filter material, sintered filter cartridge has various advantages due to its unique process and diverse materials. Sintered filter cartridges made of different materials exhibit unique performance and application advantages in their respective applications, as follows:

1、 Metal material sintered filter element

Metal sintered filter cartridges, such as stainless steel sintered filter cartridges, are mainly made of multi-layer stainless steel mesh through special layer pressing and vacuum sintering. Its advantages include:

High strength and rigidity: After multi-layer sintering, the filter element has extremely high mechanical strength and pressure resistance, and can maintain stable performance in high-pressure and high flow filtration environments.

High precision filtration: The filtration accuracy can reach 2-200um, effectively filtering out small particles and impurities in liquids or gases, providing reliable filtration effect.

Heat resistance: It can work continuously within a wide temperature range of -200 ℃ to 650 ℃, especially suitable for filtration applications in high-temperature environments.

Corrosion resistance and wear resistance: Stainless steel material has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, which extends the service life of the filter element.

Easy to clean: The surface filtration structure with excellent reverse flow cleaning effect makes the cleaning process simple and convenient, which helps to reduce maintenance costs.

2、 Fiberglass sintered filter cartridge

Glass fiber sintered filter element is made by adding chemical additives to glass fiber solution and controlling the sintering process. Its advantages lie in:

Smooth surface and hydrophobicity: helps reduce resistance during the filtration process and improve filtration efficiency.

Durable and abrasion resistant: Glass fiber material has excellent mechanical properties and can maintain structural stability in harsh filtering environments.

Corrosion resistance: It has good resistance to various chemicals and is suitable for filtering various corrosive media.

High temperature and high humidity resistance: able to maintain stable filtration performance in high temperature and high humidity environments.

3、 Polytetrafluoroethylene sintered filter cartridge

The PTFE sintered filter element is made of pure PTFE raw material sintered at high temperature and high pressure, and its advantages mainly include:

Extremely strong acid and alkali resistance: able to maintain stable chemical properties in strong acid and alkali environments, extending the service life of the filter element.

High temperature resistance: It can withstand temperatures up to 200 ℃ and is suitable for high-temperature filtration applications.

Excellent insulation properties: Polytetrafluoroethylene has excellent insulation properties and can be used in filtration systems for electrical equipment.

4、 Other metal powder sintered filter cartridges

The sintered filter element made of metal powder as raw material, such as nickel based alloy or titanium, may have advantages including:

High strength and filtration performance: Made through processes such as cold isostatic pressing and high-temperature vacuum sintering, it has high strength and good filtration performance.

High temperature resistance: Some metal powder sintered filter cartridges can work in high temperature environments, such as up to 900 ℃.

Customized design: It can be customized according to specific needs to meet the filtering requirements of specific application scenarios.

Sintered filter cartridges made of different materials have unique advantages in strength, accuracy, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and ease of cleaning, making them suitable for different filtration scenarios and needs. When selecting sintered filter cartridges, the appropriate material and model should be chosen based on the specific application environment and filtration requirements.
